  18. <p>     Vroom! PRINCESS ANNE was fined $290 and banned from driving
  19. for a month after being picked up for going 90 m.p.h. It was
  20. one of two offenses in the same week, and her barrister said
  21. she was "surprised at the speed stated." Racing must be in the
  22. blue blood. Prince Charles has been credited with hitting 115
  23. m.p.h., but so far has a clean record. So do the Duke and
  24. Duchess of York, better known as Prince Andrew and Fergie,
  25. whose cars have radar detectors. Queen Elizabeth is said to put
  26. the pedal to the metal when she's in a hurry, and though Queen
  27. Mum hasn't been seen behind the wheel lately, she has said that
  28. her Jaguar XJ12 "goes like a bomb."
